About Us:
The Capital Area Camera Club was established in 1990 as a forum to share the love of photography and creative photographic techniques; to establish new friendships; and to give talented local photographers in the Central Maine area the opportunity to share and exhibit their work. Club membership includes beginners, amateurs, serious hobbyists and professional photographers. As of May 2009, we had approximately 75 members, with an average of 40 attending our semi-monthly meetings.
Meetings:
Meetings are held at the Viles Arboretum, 153 Hospital Street, Augusta, ME on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 7:00pm from late September through the end of May.

Membership is open to everyone who enjoys photography. For more information, see the Membership Information page.
